2.  Conduct a case analysis and prepare the scope of investigation, investigation objective and the case budget;

3.  Meet with the client to discuss the investigation plan and to obtain authorization;

4.  Conduct the confidential, timely and thorough investigation;

5.  Complete an analysis of the information obtained in the investigation and complete a comprehensive case report outlining the investigation and our findings;

6.  Submit the case report to the client for review and meet with the client to discuss the investigation.
